It is with great sadness that the Deysbrook Village Centre share the news of a passing of a wonderful community activist and one of our centre users at the grand age of 102.

Mary will be very sadly missed but has left a lot of happy memories and funny pictures to remind us of her sense of humour and commitment to her community.

After Christmas Mary's friends at the Deysbrook Village Centre and her family will be holding a fundraising event in order to raise money for work with young people in the communities of Yew Tree and West Derby.

Our thoughts go out to all of Mary's family and friends, RIP Mary xxx
